Welcome to Cheakamus Crossing
Initially developed in 2009, Cheakamus Crossing is one of Whistler’s newest neighbourhoods. Originally constructed as the athlete’s village during the 2010 Winter Olympics, the neighbourhood incorporates a large cross section of single homes, townhomes and condominiums.
And the neighbourhood continues to grow with land parcels being developed on an on-going basis as new phases are opened up. A mixture of “employee only” and “open market” housing, there is a definite community and family feel throughout this very “local” neighbourhood.

Are you considering buying or selling a property in Cheakamus Crossing?
As a full time Whistler resident, Steve Cartner has been helping buyers and sellers from around the world since 1997. He is very familiar with Cheakamus Crossing and can answer all your questions. He is also able to act as your Buyer’s Agent on any of the properties listed for sale.
