Over the last two days, the B.C. Centre for Disease Control has added six new flights departing from or arriving in Vancouver to its COVID-19 exposures list.
Flights added this weekend include:
• Nov. 15: Air North 573, Whitehorse to Vancouver, rows 1-6
• Nov. 14: WestJet 706, Vancouver to Toronto, rows 23-29
• Nov. 12, Air Canada 241, Edmonton to Vancouver, rows-23-29
• Nov. 12, Air Canada/Jazz 8183, Vancouver to Fort St. John, rows 5-11
• Nov. 10, Air Canada 302, Vancouver to Montreal, rows 32-36
• Nov. 9: Air Canada 123, Toronto to Vancouver, rows 23-29
Passengers seated in the rows listed are considered at greatest risk of infection because of their closeness to a confirmed coronavirus case.
Those onboard an international flight flagged for a COVID-19 exposure are required to self-isolate and watch for symptoms for 14 days.
Those onboard a domestic flight flagged for a COVID-19 exposure are not required to self-isolate but must monitor themselves closely for possible symptoms.

Exposure events of this nature are relatively common in B.C., with at least one in the province each day, dating back to early October. The BCCDC added 22 flights to the list between Monday and Wednesday of this week.
The majority come through YVR: a total of 106 domestic and international flights with a case of COVID-19 have flown into or out of Vancouver in the last two months.
